Lingdale

Here in Lingdale we are getting into the spirit
of the scarecrow festival.   We have admired the surrounding
villages and their brilliant scarecrows and have often
wondered why we haven't take part. So this year
we have decided that it might be fun to get involved. 

We have chosen our produce fair on 26th August
to show our efforts and will display the
scarecrows in the village hall garden on
the morning and then disperse
them around the village for people to
admire later in the day.
We hope this will be the 1st of many
years of the scarecrows in our village.
